Journey for Justice Route

Walking 133 miles for justice

If you want to join the walk for a hour, a day or the entire trip, please email Lynne Jackson. You are very welcome to join us for however much time you wish!

Lynne will be able to check her email while walking. Or call her at 518-366-7324.

Times - walkers will determine each day when to begin and end, depending on weather and other consideratioins. Walkers hope to cover at least 13 miles each day. This schedule is subject to change, and changes will be posted here.

Conditions of the walk - please read the conditions of the walk. The scenery will be spectacular, but, the accommodations are few and far between.

Update

The Journey for Justice concluded on Tuesday, July 23 with a rally at the Federal Court House in Binghamton. To read about the rally, see Journey for Justice - We Deliver the Petitions.

Please note, for consistancy, I have changed the desgination of the days of the walk here to match what is posted on the blog (Day 1 is the day we left Albany - Saturday, July 13 and Day 10 is the day we arrived in Binghamton - July 22)

Also, please note, this was the planned beginning and ending destinations - in actuality, the actual beginning and ending points were different, depending on the day.
